80℃ lead-freeautomotive wire compound is granular compound which is manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. It regards advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and adds plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型80℃汽车原线料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
This product has excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical property and good processability. It can meet the environment rules in RoHS Standard. The cables with it can meet SAE 1128 and JIS C 3406 and other related standards. The highest working temperature is 80℃.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。制成电线后可以满足SAE 1128 \ JIS C3406等相关标准，最高工作温度为80℃。
