FEHW90, FEHW105, FEHW125, FEHW150 are irradiation cross-linkable low-smoke halogen-free jacketing compounds, which don’t contain heavy metals like Pb, Ba, Cd, Cr, Sn and Sb. Their properties can well meet RoHS Standard. They have good physical and mechanical properties, especially good temperature-resistant performances. They are mainly used for the jacketing of communication cables, control cables and power cable.
FEHW90，FEHW105，FEHW125，FEHW150是可辐照交联低烟无卤护套料。不含Pb、Ba、Cd、Cr、Sn、Sb六大重金属。满足RoHS标准要求。产品具有良好的物理机械性能，尤其是较好的耐温性。主要用于通信电缆，控制电缆和电力电缆的护套层。

Suggestedirradiation dose:12-15 mega-tera.建议的辐照剂量为：12-15兆拉。
 

Attentions 注意事项：
1）The compound should be dried before using if the package is broken. Once package is open, recommend to run out within 12 hours.
原料破包需烘干后才能使用，材料一经开封，建议12小时之内用完。
2）Please ensure the screw, barrel, hopper are thoroughly cleaned before operation. Avoid bringing impurities while processing.
加工前确保螺杆、机筒、加料斗彻底清理干净，加工过程中严禁带入杂质。
3）If you need a faster extrusion. Please accelerate screw speed gradually to avoid inadequate plasticizing which may cause rough surface of the cables.
如果要快速挤出时，请慢慢逐渐加快螺杆转速，以免塑化不良，电缆表面毛糙。
